We Are The Custodians Of The Future:Senior Archbishop E.Guti

Senior Archbishop Prof Eunor Guti has described the current generation of parents as custodians of the future.She said this during an interview at this year’s edition of the ZAOGA FIF Walkathon.

Honouring her husband,the late Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti’s legacy Amai Guti,as the Senior Archbishop E Guti is affectionately known, participated in the walkathon’s 2,5km event.

Addressing the media at the sidelines of the annual occasion,Amai Guti said there is need for parents to come together in the fight against drug abuse.She went on to point out that drug dealers place value on profiteering and disregard the importance of life.

Amai E.Guti went on to say that drugs are a menace, pointing out that it is the duty of parents to protect their children.”Future generations can be destroyed by drugs that is why it is important for us to protect our children and future generations,”she said.

She went on to point out that the war against drugs can be won through embracing Jesus Christ as the saviour.

A man of cloth and visionary,the late Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti dedicated his life to uplifting the less privileged.He emphasized the importance of keeping healthy through diet and exercise.Ezekiel Handinawangu Guti lived to be 100 years old.His long life is attributed to his Christian lifestyle and healthy natural living habits.

The walkathon is an annual event on the ZAOGA FIF calendar.It is meant to celebrate the legacy of the man of cloth.
