October 29 saw two of the giants in the Rainbow League,the elite national netball league, battling it out for top honours .The Chisumbanje grounds played host to an electrifying netball match that left spectators on the edge of their seats .The match was a showcase of skill determination, and team work with both teams giving it their all.
The match was a closely contested one , with both teams displaying impressive netball skills. Green Fuel emerged victorious, winning 50-26 against Golden Queens.The outstanding player was Great Fuel’s goal shooter(G.S) who turned out to be the outstanding player, netting 25 scores and leading her team to victory.
Deon Gorekore from Golden Queens also put up a great fight , with some impressive shots and passes.From Golden Valley Queens chairperson’s desk Saidi Saidi said the team played very well especially in the second and third quarter.
